Data collected through the form is used exclusively to:

contact you regarding your inquiry about interior design services;

provide you with a price estimate for your project;

follow up regarding potential collaboration.

Google Analytics data is used to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

Processing of data from the form is based on your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box when submitting the form.

 

5. How Data Is Transmitted and Stored

Data submitted through the form is automatically transmitted via the website platform (Site.pro) to the controller's Telegram account as a notification. We do not use a separate CRM system. Data is kept for as long as necessary to complete communication with you, but no longer than 12 months from the last interaction, after which it may be deleted.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be accessible to:

the website platform provider (Site.pro), as the technical hosting provider;

Telegram, as the means of delivering notifications;

Google (Google Analytics), for anonymous technical traffic data.
